Shoo The Birds But Lock Up The Grains

All day, he fought off the birds that are determined to get as much control of the grains as possible. He has other important shores that need be attended to but he dare not step away from the spread, as such his time was passed between sittings around, standing by watchfully in this ongoing battle for possession. At times he threw whatever he could at them, on few occasions he pursued them off only for them to return after wards. As the day wore on, he became wearied and was no longer a perfect picture of happiness. The birds and the grains have become the preoccupation in a day and life filled with amazing potentials.

Shooing off the chickens from the grains is good but it does not solve the problem permanently, hence the need to continually wave the hand and shout shoo, shoo, shoo all day long. The grains need to be cleared off so that the birds would have no more attraction and so wonder off to new locations for feeding. He then would be at liberty, accomplishing much during the day. Birds are for wandering but they need attractions to settle. Do you get the picture my child?

Shooing the devil off your life when he comes around to peck at you in his wanderings about seeking for whom he may devour is a good thing to do. However, much more effective in keeping him off is to sweep away the thoughts that are contrary to you and MY Word from your mind. Those are his attractions.

He wants your mind filled with how poor you are, and how much a failure you have been. He wants your mind filled with what would have been and what may never be. He wants your mind controlled by the what ifs. He wants you to accumulate your defeats in your mind and thereby grow into a spirit of heaviness. He wants you joyless and bound up.

Never forget that your adversary will do everything to shift you focus off ME by whatever means, knowing that as you behold with an open face my glory, you are changed from glory to glory after MY likeness. Little wonder why many of my children are not accomplishing much due to their preoccupation with keeping the devil at bay. Keeping him at bay is a good thing but I show you a more excellent way.

Come on rise up, do not sit around, take those little rascals captive. Have them quarantined. Extinguish them as you chose rather to think of how good I AM to you. Think about your completeness in ME. Think about MY union with you. Think of how rich you have become in ME. Think about how much I love you. Think about ME, your LORD JESUS, who was and is and is to come and these new thoughts will grow to become strongholds of signs and wonders in your life leading to eternal victories for you. Do much more than shoo the chickens.
